- User Accounts
To access certain features of our site, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, email address, username, and password that you create. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Payment Terms
We accept payments through credit/debit cards and MoMo via Paystack. All transactions are processed securely. Please note that all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Licensing
All beats/instrumentals purchased from Ri-ddim are available under the following licensing options:
- Non-Exclusive License: When you purchase a beat, you receive a non-exclusive license, which allows you to use the track in your creative projects. The producer retains the right to sell the same beat to other artists. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works from the beat without permission. Non-exclusive license holders may not use the beats in commercial projects.
- Exclusive License: If you wish to obtain exclusive rights to a beat, you must pay a premium price. An exclusive license grants you the sole right to use that beat, meaning the producer cannot sell it to anyone else. You may use the beat commercially without additional permissions. You agree to provide the necessary details for exclusive licensing to the producer upon purchase.
- User Responsibilities
Users are expected to:
- Respect copyright laws and not engage in any activity that infringes upon the rights of others.
- Not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
- Ensure that any content they upload or share does not violate any third-party rights.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Intellectual Property
All beats/instrumentals available on Ri-ddim remain the property of their respective creators. By purchasing a beat, you receive a license to use it as outlined in section 3. You may not modify, edit, or create derivative works from the beats without explicit permission from the copyright holder. The rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by the producers.
- Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under the laws of Ghana. The arbitration shall take place in Accra, and the decision shall be final and binding.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our site. Continued use of the site following changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage users to periodically review these Terms for the latest information on our practices.

- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ri-ddim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ri-ddim, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
